"Personalization felt a little off"
The item was okay overall, but the name placement looked kind of wrong and not how I expected it. I also had to keep verifying details more than once, which got annoying after a while. I wish the personalization had been double-checked better before it was finished.

"I had a smooth time..."
I had a smooth time using the site overall. It was easy to find my way around, pages loaded without any trouble, and checkout was straightforward enough. The only thing that stood out was the filters, they could definitely be more useful, and it kind of feels like that part hasn’t gotten as much attention as the rest of the site. Still, nothing that ruined the experience

"Pretty good deal, though shipping lagged"
I ordered a couple of things from Ilovepaws, i’m happy with what I got for the price. The prices were better than a lot of other pet sites I checked, and the quality was nicer than I expected. Shipping did take longer than I thought it would, so I’m not sure if something was just sitting around on their end for a bit, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I’d probably order again if I came across another good deal

"Better than other pet shops I’ve tried"
I ordered from ilovepaws.com i’m happy with it. The quality was better than I expected, especially compared to a few other pet sites I’ve bought from where the material felt kind of cheap. This one feels nice and well-made overall. There was one small loose thread, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect anything. I’d definitely consider ordering from them again.

"My dog seems comfy"
My dog curled up on it right away and looks really cozy, so I’m happy with that. I haven’t had to contact customer service, and I’d rather not because I never fully trust how helpful they’ll be, but the product itself seems good so far.

"Got exactly what I ordered"
I was kind of in a rush when I placed the order, so I was a little worried I might have missed something or that something would get mixed up. But everything showed up exactly how I picked it on the site, sizes, colors, and names were all right. It was packed fine too, so no complaints. Happy with it.

"Checkout was one of the few things..."
Checkout was one of the few things I didn’t have to stress about. The payment page felt secure, everything went through smoothly, and I didn’t get hit with any weird errors or sketchy redirects. Which, should be the bare minimum, but you never know these days. So yeah, paying was easy and felt safe enough.

"Had a small issue, but they made it right"
My order took a little longer than I expected, i was starting to feel annoyed. I trusted my instinct and reached out instead of just assuming the worst, and they got back to me the next day.
They looked into it, fixed the issue without any fuss, and the package arrived fine after that. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they handled it well, so I’d give them 4 stars.

"Really helpful support"
I had a question about my order and expected the usual back-and-forth, you know, the kind where you get some copy-paste reply that doesn’t really answer anything. But they got back to me quickly and were actually friendly, which was nice. They sorted out what I needed without making it a whole thing. Kind of rare these days, now that I think about it. I had a frustrating experience because they never seemed to explain anything clearly. Every time I asked a question, the replies felt vague or confusing, which made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. good communication is a basic expectation, so this really didn’t feel worth it to me.

"Maybe it’s just me, but the sizing felt off"
I ordered a medium for my dog, but it fit more like a small. It was especially tight around the chest, so it just didn’t work for us. Maybe it’s just me or my dog’s build, but I wasn’t happy with the fit.

"Good order, but the shipping delay really cost me"
The order itself was fine, but the shipping took way too long. It was almost 3 weeks before it arrived, that made the whole experience frustrating. I felt like I lost a lot of time waiting around, especially when I could’ve ordered from somewhere faster. Not sure I’d risk it again if I needed something by a certain date

I ordered from Ilovepaws and the whole checkout process was simple. The steps were easy to follow, and my payment went through without any issues. The only thing I noticed was that the shipping page loaded a little slow for me, but it was not a big deal. Overall, I had a good experience.

"Packaging was really good"
Got my order from ilovepaws.com. And yeah, the packaging was better than I expected. Like, actually neat.

Nothing was bent. Nothing squashed. The box looked fine too, not like it had been tossed all over the place. Everything inside was clean and in good shape.

So... not much to complain about. Just glad it arrived safe. I’d order again

"I didn’t feel comfortable using this around my dog"
I was hoping this would be okay to use in a home with pets, but it didn’t feel safe for my dog. I ended up not wanting to take any chances. Overall, I just didn’t feel good about it.

"Wish I hadn’t ordered from them"
I ordered from ilovepaws.com and I regret it. The delivery was a total headache, the tracking barely updated, and my package showed up way later than the date they gave me. I ended up having to email them just to get a basic update, which was frustrating. I really wish I’d just bought somewhere else because I don’t feel like I can trust their delivery times at all.

"Not a ton of options"
